Vi som bor i Victoriahems fastigheter är trötta. Trötta på tomma löften, bristfälligt underhåll och ständigt ökande hyror. Vi har nu samlat in ett stort antal anmälningar om allvarliga brister i era lägenheter. Problemen är utbredda och väl dokumenterade. Trots detta görs ingenting.
Människor tvingas leva under omänskliga förhållanden. Det är oacceptabelt.
Vardagen i våra hem:
–Felanmälningar ignoreras – Små och stora fel i lägenheterna fixas inte alls ,
–Mögel i badrum, sovrum och kök – trots upprepade felanmälningar får hyresgäster höra att det “inte är farligt”.
–Fuktskador i tak och väggar – flagnande färg, fuktskadade golv och en unken lukt som aldrig försvinner. I vissa fall har taken börjat bågna.
–Skadedjur som inte bekämpas – råttor i källare, silverfiskar och kackerlackor i kök och badrum. Skadedjuren förökar sig och situationen förvärras.
Våra krav:
- Stopp för hyreshöjningar.
- Akuta åtgärder mot problem i lägenheter och i utemiljön
Om inget händer agerar vi
Detta är en massanmälan. Flera rapporter är på väg in. Om ni inte omedelbart åtgärdar problemen och stoppar hyreshöjningarna, kommer vi att fortsätta samla och sprida anmälningarna samt göra aktioner. Vi kommer inte att vara tysta medan människor tvingas leva i ohälsa och otrygghet.

I live in one of the viktoriahem apartment in husby. I have indoor parking with grill. Suddenly on one Friday evening my key (bricka) stopped working. I checked with my neighbor, her key was working and I can take my car for emergency. I rang jour to give me some key so that I can use in the weekend, but instead they asked me to go to the office on Monday. I went to viktoriahem office on Monday and told them that the key is not working and to give new key. Then I came to know that they have intentionally turned it off in the system. And they just turned it on in the system. Same key is working now. When complained, they said it is routine check. How come if I have urgency to go some where and suddenly the key is stopped working. Then I realise that they are wicked.

Recently I received apartment from bostad stockholm queue. Apartment is advertised as completely new renovated. When I received it, I was completely shocked it had no doors inside, only door was outdoor and bathroom. I complained it, there was technician visiting for 15 days, but still no work done. I complained about not having shower, they said I can survive without it.

Also viktoriahem scams people with 25 A electric fuses. I received a firsthand apartment maintained by viktoriahem from stockholm bostad queue. Suddenly there was a call from ellevio saying that they want to check electric meter. The electrician came and said that my apartment has 25 A and told to change to 20 A fuses. I went to complain this to viktoriahem, they said they will charge between 1500 to 3000 sek. I asked them if I can change myself, they said no. Seeing the bill from Ellevio increasing I gave the consent to pay extra to viktoriahem. The electrician came the next day, and change fuses. In total it took 3 mins. I have checked the contract it does not specify any where that I have 25 A and Viktoriahem gave wrong information to Ellevio. I asked my neighbor’s they said it also happened to them. Then only I realise this scam.
First viktoriahem puts 25 A fuses. Tell Ellevio that it has 20 A fuses. After some time ellevio electrician comes for check electric meters, they say it is falsely reported and bumps the contract for 25 A. Then rentee goes to viktoriahem for change of fuse, they charge to change it to 20 A. This whole thing is scam, I think.
